Age Restrictions:  Although I-Relay contains no data or graphics that are are deemed inappropriate for minors it is InsureSocket policy not to sell our products or services to any individual under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

Refund Policy:  Its is the customers responsibility to ensure that I-Relay meets their needs prior to purchase.  InsureSocket will not refund any purchase either monthly license or up front fees charged unless; 1- It cannot perform its duties for the purchase.  2 - It finds that an individual purchasing the tool is under the age of eighteen (18), or 3- It is required by law to do so.

End User License Acceptance:  To protect both InsureSocket and our customers we require that purchasers accept our end user license prior to purchase.  You may view this license agreement prior to signing up or InsureSocket collecting any of your data.

Implementation Services:  You are purchasing a set of tools that are hosted over the web on your behalf.  InsureSocket will contact you within two business days to collect additional information required to setup your environment for use.  Your environment will be ready for you to use within five business days from signing up.  If you are converting in force policy data this data may not be available for use up to two business weeks after signing up.  You will be given a contact and contact number for inquires about your in force policy data conversion if you choose this optional service.
