Express Launch - optional

I-Relay will assist you in getting up and running quickly. You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager that will help convert any contact data out of your existing system, conduct a one on one web based training with your office and work with you to get started on building business rules and marketing campaigns.

In Force Policy Conversion - optional

I-Relay will convert your in force policy data out of your existing system for you. A I-Relay Project Manager will contact you within two (2) business days to assist with the extraction of your data. Once our team has had a chance to review your data you will be given a time frame for when it will be available in your environment for you to use. Depending on the complexity of the data conversion it may take up to two weeks from extraction until it is available for use.

One on One Web Training - optional

An I-Relay trainer will train your office staff, via web conference, on all of the necessary steps to hit the ground running. Training session typically lasts between one and two hours. Training is limited to five (5) users.

Note: Should you require training for more than five (5) users please add more units to your shopping cart.
